This fall, seven Mount St. Mary’s students are studying in Prague, Czech Republic, for the first time since 2018, and an equal number are in Buenos Aires, Argentina, for the first time ever. While none of the Mounties in Prague chose to blog about their experiences, the 2018 Prague blog offers a rich account of a semester in the city known as the Heart of Europe. This fall’s semester in Prague is being led by Drs. Charles and Elizabeth Strauss (both in the College of Liberal Arts History Department), accompanied by their four children.
Jessenia is sharing her adventures in Buenos Aires, which translates to “fair winds” in English. The semester in Buenos Aires is being led by Dr. Michael Towle of the College of Liberal Arts Political Science Department. May Jessenia’s experience feature fair winds and following seas. And away we go.
